Requirements for admission

The requirements for admission to The Adelphi College are as follows:

  • One (1) long brown envelope
  • One (1) long folder
  • One (1) 2×2 picture with name tag (white background)
  • Form 138-A (For college Freshmen) – This is the report card or transcript of records from your previous school.
  • Birth Certificate – An official copy of your birth certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character – A document attesting to your good behavior and conduct issued by your previous school or a recognized authority.
  • Transfer Credential (For Transfer Students) – If you’re transferring from another college or university, you’ll need to provide a transfer credential or honorable dismissal from your previous institution.
  • Marriage Certificate (For married women) – If applicable, a copy of your marriage certificate is required.
  • Original or Xerox Copy of OTR (Official Transcript of Records) from previous school – This is a document showing your academic records and achievements from your previous school.
