Founded in 2004, the Talisay City College located in Poblacion, Talisay City, Cebu, Philippines has been granted the benefits of free tuition and miscellaneous fees for its qualified college students by the Unified Student Financial Assistance System (UNIFAST) per the provision of Republic Act No. 10931, otherwise known as “Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act“.

(2) REQUIREMENTS UPON REGISTRATION

New Student Applicants MUST bring the following:

1. SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES
   • 2 copies of 2×2 picture taken within the last 6 months
   • 1 piece long sized brown envelope
   • Photocopy of the Certificate of Good Moral
   • Photocopy of the Senior High School Report Card (2nd semester mid-term grade for ongoing Senior High School Students)
   • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
   • Photocopy of PSA Marriage Certificate (if married)
2. OLD BASIC CURRICULUM (High School) GRADUATES
   • 2 copies of 2×2 picture taken within the last 6 months
   • 1 piece long sized brown envelope
   • Photocopy of the Certificate of Good Moral
   • Photocopy of the Old Basic Curriculum (High School) Card
   • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
   • Photocopy of PSA Marriage Certificate (if married)
3. ALTERNATIVE LEARNING SYSTEM (ALS) GRADUATES
   • 2 copies of 2×2 picture taken within the last 6 months
   • 1 piece long sized brown envelope
   • Photocopy of Alternative Learning System (ALS) Card
   • Photocopy of Alternative Learning System (ALS) Certificate indicating that student is qualified for Tertiary Education
   • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
   • Photocopy of PSA Marriage Certificate (if married)
4. TRANSFEREES
   • 2 copies of 2×2 picture taken within the last 6 months
   • 1 piece long sized brown envelope
   • Photocopy of the Certificate of Good Moral
   • Photocopy of the Transcript of Records/Honorable Dismissal
   • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
   • Photocopy of PSA Marriage Certificate (if married)
5. RETURNEES

   • Photocopy of Updated Evaluated Prospectus (issued by the college Registrar’s Office)
