Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasig (PLP) is a public university in Pasig City that offers quality tertiary education by providing students free tuition fee in various programs and courses for their future as productive citizens.
Founded in 2000, the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasig located in Alcalde Jose Street, Pasig City, Philippines has been granted the benefits of free tuition and miscellaneous fees for its qualified college students by the Unified Student Financial Assistance System (UNIFAST) per the provision of Republic Act No. 10931, otherwise known as “Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act“.
PLP is mandated to contribute to building a quality nation capable of transcending the social, political, economic, cultural and ethical issues that constrain the country’s human development, productivity and global competitiveness thru effective and efficient delivery of quality education .

The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasig aim to:
- Provide higher education program that will fully develop an individual’s potential as a human being, enhance the quality of citizen participation in the basic functions of society, and promote a strong sense of responsibility for personal and community development, moral integrity and global consciousness;
- Instill and foster in each student the appropriate and relevant attitude and values, knowledge, and skills needed to become useful, productive and gainfully employed member of society;
- Advance the frontiers of knowledge through quality instruction, research work, and extension services and maximum use of all resources and facilities available in the City of Pasig where students can apply the technology gained for improving their quality of life;

The City Government of Pasig announces the online application for entry at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasig is now open.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR FRESHMEN:
For incoming freshmen (Graduating/Graduates of Senior HS), the qualifications are:
- At least 80% of the General Weighted Average (GWA)
- Graduate of Senior High School or ongoing Grade 12 SHS
- Applicant/Parents or Guardian should be a resident of Pasig City for at least five (5) years
Documentary requirements include:
- Completely filled-out Application Form
- CTC Grade 11 Form 138 (for Graduating Senior HS)
- CTC F137 with remarks: For Evaluation Purposes only (for Senior HS graduates)
- Any Government issued ID/School ID of the applicant
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Two (2) pcs Passport size picture, white background with nameplate
- Any government-issued ID of Parents
- Proof of Income of Parents (ITR, DSWD Case Study, or DSWD Beneficiary ID, etc.)

For transferees, the qualifications are as follows:
- Must be incoming 2nd-3rd Year ONLY from any CHED accredited college/university (must have taken at least 36 units)
- Graduated under the K-12 Program
- GWA of 2.25 or higher
- No Failing, Dropped or Incomplete Grades
- No Shifting of Program
- Parents/Guardians or Applicants should be residents of Pasig City for at least five (5) years
