Founded in 2003, the Libacao College of Science and Technology located in Malanga, Libacao, Aklan, Philippines has been granted the benefits of free tuition and miscellaneous fees for its qualified college students by the Unified Student Financial Assistance System (UNIFAST) per the provision of Republic Act No. 10931, otherwise known as “Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act“.

ENROLLMENT PROCESS:
Step 1 – Get and Fill Out the Enrollment Form
- Enrollees must present their requirements to get an enrollment form at the registrar’s office and fill it out.
Step 2 – Evaluation of Enrollment Form
- After filling out, enrollees must present the enrollment form to the Assistant to the Dean for evaluation
Step 3 – Admission and Releasing of Class Cards
- Enrollees must submit the duly filled out and evaluated enrollment form to the Registrar’s Office for admission and releasing of Class Cards
