What a journey it has been for the Bicol Region as it brings education to the students where they need it and how they should receive it.
Proof of Bicol Region’s successful efforts to spur digital transformation by bringing significant solutions to students even in the face of unreliable network connections are three innovative projects which strengthen the no child left behind advocacy of the department.
Hale sa SDO Ligao City ang PODAGOGY: Utilization of Podcast-Based Lessons (PBL) as a Supplemental Learning Delivery Modality. It was a commendable innovation for SDO Ligao City to convert learning resource materials, such as the Learning Activity, into digital audio files since it gives a mode that is relevant, practical, and engaging. And in order to institutionalize Podcast-based Lesson in Region V as one of the effective and efficient supplemental learning modality across key stages and across the different learning areas, a total of 3.2 Million Funding was granted both from the Deped Regional and School Division Offices. This funding came from the Department of Education (DepEd) Regional and School Division Offices. Walang hakbang sa pag-abot ng pangarap ang maliligaw sa SDO Ligao City!
Sunod naman ang SDO Masbate Province with their Educational Technology Innovation named Project REV UP (Revitalize Enabling Vision thru Unlimited Program for LR). As the primary source of contextualized learning resources across all disciplines, this project seeks to establish a localized system and portal through LR website; strengthen the learning resource development and distribution system at the district and school levels; develop ICT enabled solutions in the schools to support the strengthening of the LR support system in providing for both online and offline access; and more. Isip at puso sa pangarap ay hindi mahahati sa SDO Masbate Province!
Tapos siyempre an SDO Naga City’s RADYO ARALAN SA NAGA. The SDO introduced and deployed Radyo Aralan sa Naga, a contextualized and localized Radio-Based Instruction. The programs were concurrently broadcast through Facebook livestream and Facebook pages for Radyo Aralan sa Naga. Free airtime was provided to SDO Naga City. Also, in order to meet the requirements of Special Education students, particularly those with hearing impairments, volunteer interpreters engaged in ever lesson. Sa pag-abot ng pangarap, mag-aaral ay tiyak na aarangakada sa sa SDO Naga City!
And, stars are still out for Bicol Region, for the end is not yet in sight . Dahil sa Region V – Dae maatras, pirming maabante -dae matugot na kaunun kan diklum. Para sa akin, Para sa marhay na puturo, para sa Pilipinas.
