Ti elementarya ti Calog Norte ket makita iti sakup ti Barangay Calog Norte, Abulug ,Cagayan.Tawen 1938, umuna nga naipatakder iti maysa a silid ti pagadalan.Ti lote ket indonar ni Manuel Mallabo.Adda iti 2 a kilometro iti kadayu manipud ti naillian nga kalsada.

Iti dagup iti lawa ti pagadalan ket (9077) square meter ad-adu wenno basbassit pay. Iti dagup ti bilang dagiti agad-adal ket 170 tawen( 2015-2016) nga agapgapu kadagiti tallo a zona ken asideg a baryo ti Luyon, Luna Apayao.

Ti pagadalan ket naipatakder tawen 1941. Nalukatan kas Primary School iti napalabas a taw-tawen. Nagrugi dagiti klase, nagtipun ti grade 1 & 2, Grade 3 & 4. Idadaulwan ti Teacher In Charge nga isu met laeng ti adviser. Idi 1998 laeng nga naaddaan ti kumpleto nga elementarya. Dagiti Teacher In Charge kas kada Mr. Marcos Paa, Mr. Serapio Siddayao, Mr. Prudencio Morales, Miss Gaudencia Catenza, Mrs. Hermania Beleno,Mrs. Natividad Castillo, Mrs. Corazon Cruz, Mrs. Juliet Alconcher, Mrs. Lydia Sosa and Mrs. Perla Aquino.

SCHOOL CHILD PROTECTION POLICY

DepEd has adopted the policy to provide special protection to children who are gravely threatened or endangered by circumstances which affect their normal development and over which they have no control, and to assist the concerned agencies in their rehabilitation.

Furthermore, this Department aims to ensure such special protection from all forms of abuse and exploitation and care as is necessary for the child’s well-being, taking into account the primary rights and duties of parents, legal guardians, or other individuals who are legally responsible and exercise custody over the child. DepEd recognizes the participatory rights of the child in the formulation and implementation of policies, and ,in all proceedings affecting them, whether they can be victims or aggressors, either directly, or through a representative.

CALOG NORTE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL promotes a zero tolerance policy of any act of child abuse, exploitation, violence, discrimination, bullying, and other forms of abuse.

PRINCIPLES:

  1. Calog Norte Elementary School is conducive to learning, and children should have the right to education free from fear.
  2. All children shall be protected from all forms of abuse and bullying to develop self-esteem and self- confidence.
  3. CNES shall advocate a positive and non-violent made of disciplining children to foster self-discipline and to improve self-esteem.
  4. General punishment shall not be[U1] [U2] [U3] [U4] imposed on any child in school for purpose of discipline, training or control.
  5. The school principal shall take steps from any forms of abuse and ensures that the appropriate intervention, counselling, and other services are provided for the victim/s of abuse, violence, discrimination, and bullying.
  6. Pupils or learners shall respect the rights of others and restrain from committing acts of bullying and violence.
  7. Parents shall actively involve in all school activities or events that raise awareness on children’s right, positive discipline and the prevention of bullying.
  8. Parents and children shall be oriented to the Child’s Protection Policy.
  9. Schools shall establish a Child Protection Policy.
